[RESEPI] : Ikan Merah Masak Lemak Cili Api

Aku memang suka masak lemak. Ni aku share resepi masak lemak yang aku selalu buat, yang simple, cepat and sangat sedap serius tak tipu. Laki aku setiap kali ada lauk ni mesti sampai tahap hirup kuah tu hahaha dasar makan banyak.


Masa yang diperlukan: 15 - 20 minit


Bahan-bahan: (untuk 2 orang makan)

1 ketui isi ikan merah saiz besar (kalau saiz kecik boleh guna 2/3 ketui)
2 batang serai
1 keping asam keping (boleh jugak guna asam jawa)
1 kotak santan
Tomato
Garam, gula, secukup rasa


Bahan untuk blender:

1 ulas bawang merah
2 biji bawang putih
6 - 10 tangkai cili padi (ikut tahap kepedasan yang nak)
2 saiz jari ibu kunyit hidup
1/2 cawan air


Cara-cara:

1. Blend bahan2 blender, then tuang dalam periuk atas dapur. Tak perlu minyak masak, just tuang je. Kacau2 sikit.
2. Then masukkan serai dan isi ikan. Kalau nak kuah lebih boleh tambah air sikit. Balik-balikkan ikan tu supaya rata atas bawah sambil kacau2 (be careful, jangan sampai isi ikan tu hancur).
3. Masukkan santan dalam setengah kotak. Kalau nak kuah pekat lagi boleh tambahkan santan tu laa ikut citarasa. Kacau2 dan masak sampai mendidih.
4. Masukkan asam keping / asam jawa dan tomato. Then tambah garam, gula dan secukup rasa. Bila nampak kuah dah tukar gelap pekat sikit, boleh tutup api.
5. Siap! 

Tips:

Makan dengan nasi semasa kuah tak terlalu panas, baru akan terasa kepedasan dan kesedapannya. Enjoy!

What it claims:

How to use:

Apply on your face and neck 15 minutes before going outdoor.


Ingredients:

I summarized up a few important ingredients as below (based on SkinCarisma).

EWG : Refers to Environment Working Group - classify ingredients in different risk categories

Pros:

• Loving the flap-cap concept, penutup tak senang hilang
• Has a very minimal white cast upon applying , once dah fully absorb tak nampak dah white cast tu (which I love so much!)
• Dry skin people will love this. Dia menjadikan kulit lebih lembap, sebab ada Panthenol dan Aloe Vera tu
• Yang bestnya, it is alcohol-free and paraben-free

Cons:

• Combination and oily skin people will not love this. It is very sticky dan menyebabkan kulit lebih berminyak (like seriously BERMINYAK boleh perah)
• I cannot tolerate fragrance in my sunscreen

Extra:

Disebabkan sunscreen ni tak sesuai dekat muka aku, so aku pakai kt tangan and it feels good guys! Kulit tangan aku memang jenis kering kadang2 sampai mengelupas, and sunscreen ni did helps a lot tak melekit pun, tak berminyak jugak. Yes jimat tak perlu buang hahaha.

How to use:

After shampoo, take a few pumps on your palms, rub it through fingers, then run along through damp/towel dried hair. Avoid scalp.

Pros:

• The packaging design is so pretty. All of GVC products are as well
• The smell is so nice, and is long lasting on hair
• I love the bottle-with-neck pump concept. Sesetengah botol serum/oil takde neck ni, so bila pump serum/oil akan terkeluar keliling kepala pump. You get what I mean right hahaha
• It works wonder on my dry hair. So soft and smooth!
• HALAL!

Cons:

• I'm not sure whether this serum is suitable for greasy hair
• The smell might be too strong for one having a sensitive sense of smell
